*Peninsula Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC) convenes individuals, families, communities, and organizations, empowering each to work together to explore solutions and resolve conflict. Beginning in 1994, PDRC has provided our community access to affordable, effective mediation, training and certification, plus advancing participant’s personal power to constructively handle conflict.
*Turn conflict into opportunity for your workplace, family-dynamics, and personal skill set. This training is the first step to becoming a Certified Mediator.
*Graduates of the 40 hour basic mediation training can also utilize their conflict resolution skills towards joining PDRCs talented group of volunteers by applying to our post-training practicum.
Cost: $495.00 per person. Scholarships, student, and group discounts are available. Cancellation policy: training registration will be refunded, less $50.00 administration fee if notice is received prior to 2 weeks before class starts. Half of training fee will be refunded for cancellations after this date. Written confirmation and directions to the training site will be sent two weeks before the training session.
